Workplace stress can manifest itself in a variety of different ways – not just in the office but also at home and socially for your people, causing them to lack concentration, feel angry or to struggle with sleep. It can be a really difficult situation to live with but equally difficult to support an employee through.

I offer a series of workshops and group sessions that can help you to support your people to be more resilient and to understand how to help themselves think more positively.

Workshop 1

2 hrs 30 mins

This session can stand alone or can lead into the rest of the programme. Focusing on how the brain works it will help attendees to understand why they react in certain ways to stress and how to retrain themselves to react differently. This workshop includes interactive practice in solution focused thinking.

Workshop 2

90 mins

This practical session is a great follow on from session

  • It gives attendees the chance to really start to change their negative thought patterns

Group sessions

£10 pp (min 6)
60 mins per week

For those who would value more support in interactive weekly group sessions (usually 8-12 weeks)
