It is normal to feel anxious from time to time, but a person with an anxiety disorder has problems controlling their worries to such an extent that they interfere with everyday life.

Anxiety disorders affect around 1 in 20 people in the UK.  It can manifest in many different ways

What are the symptoms of an anxiety?
